Terms of Service

Effective September 24, 2026

These terms apply to your use of rlslidingdoors.com (the “site”), run by RL Sliding Doors (“we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Information on this site

The articles, FAQs and maintenance tips on this site are general information. They aren’t a substitute for an in-person inspection of your door or window. If you try a repair or maintenance step yourself, you do so at your own risk. Glass doors are heavy and can break or cause injury, so when in doubt, call a professional.

Estimates and repair work

Our workmanship guarantee

Our labor is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of the repair. If something we fixed isn’t working right within that time, call us and we’ll come back and correct it at no charge. The guarantee doesn’t cover damage from accidents, misuse, weather events, later work by others, or problems unrelated to our repair. New parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. [Review this section so it matches the guarantee you actually give customers.]

Links to other websites

We sometimes link to other websites, such as a store where you can buy a product we recommend. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. We don’t receive payment for these links unless we say so.

Reviews

Customer reviews shown on the site come from real customers on public review platforms such as Google. They reflect each customer’s own experience, and your results may differ.

Our content

The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to RL Sliding Doors or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use the site or our quote form to send false information, spam, or harmful code, or to try to break into or disrupt the site.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. This doesn’t limit our guarantee on repair work or any rights you have under the law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages that come from using the website itself. This section doesn’t limit our responsibility for our repair work, and it doesn’t limit any rights that can’t be limited under your state’s law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [North Carolina or Florida], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
